7. What are the total operational costs of your entire organisation (in Euro)?

8. What percentage of the organisation’s finances are spent on education? (Please attach an accountant-approved, recent financial report)

9. Is the request for a donation intended to support an educational project?

10. Please provide the ages of your target groups

11. What form of education does the project focus on? (Eg. Primary education, vocational education, higher education, educational quality improvement)

12. Can you give a short and concise description of the actual project for which you are requesting a donation?

13. Is the project an existing one or is it a new initiative?

14. How long will this project run?

15. What is the aimed effect of the support? How is this effect to be measured?

16. Is the local community involved in this project? If so in what way?

17. Can you give us references that would convince Globewise to donate to your organisation? (Eg. The names and contact details of well-known organisation and their origin, proof of any recognitions obtained)
